Keep that heat in

Save energy by putting a lid on your pans while you cook.

It’s simple physics.

As less heat escapes, more heat is retained in your pan and your food will cook faster.

Also, use a smaller pan whenever possible.

Smaller pans mean less surface area to heat and therefore less energy.
