Live and do everything you’re meant to do

A new show on MTV, The Buried Life, follows a group of four young guys, travelling the globe in a transit bus — talk about living simply.

Four years ago they created a list of 100 things they want to do before they die (ala “The Bucket List“) and now they’re chronicling their journey. And along the way, with each thing they accomplish, they go out and help a stranger achieve one of their dreams.

Very cool.

Our friends over at Plywood People chatted with the guys via Skype and asked what advice they’d give for folks wanting to achieve their goals and complete their own “bucket list.”

Here were their suggestions:

  • Ask yourself the question. What do you want to do before you die?
  • Tell your friends and family. Tell everyone what’s on that list — they’ll help you find ways to make it happen.
  • Go for it. Actually go out and strive to do the things on your list.
  • Don’t be afraid of working hard. It may take some hard work to accomplish your goals — but don’t avoid the effort.

Lists like these are always beneficial to help achieve the goals and help us ensure we’re on the right path.

What’s on your bucket list?
