Weekly menu (1.17.10)

Setting our our weekly menu in advance has been a God-send this year. Sure it takes a little time on the weekend (or Monday morning) but it saves us so much time later in the week trying to figure out what to cook. It’s also helping us save money because we’re less likely to get frustrated, give up and go out to eat when nothing comes to mind.

So here’s this week’s menu…

Monday Dinner
Spaghetti

Tuesday Dinner
Flautas and beans

Wednesday Dinner
Crockpot Chicken Tacos

Thursday Dinner
Meatballs and Rice

Friday Dinner
Beef Lasagna (prepackaged mix)

Saturday Dinner: Laundry Love Night
Corny Dogs

So what are you having for dinner this week?

Use this as a challenge to come up with your own menu and then share it with the rest of us.
